Robert Spratlin

Robert Spratlin is an industrial leasing and sales professional specializing in Landlord, Tenant, Owner, and Seller representation in Los Angeles’ South Bay industrial market near the Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach along with the surrounding infill Los Angeles markets. Robert works with Brian Held to assist clients with site selection, lease negotiations, renewals, relocations, sale/leasebacks, dispositions, acquisitions, and build-to-suit opportunities.

His prior experience was with CBRE’s National Partners Industrial Capital Markets group, where he led the underwriting platform in the Southeast covering Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Kentucky, and Alabama. He focused on executing all stages of a transaction from the request for proposal to the coordination of the due diligence and closing processes. During his time on the team, Robert oversaw 120 closed transactions totaling over 114M square feet and $11.7B in consideration.
