Mr. Strother has approximately three years of experience on projects throughout the country in the environmental assessment and consulting industry. He has conducted Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) for a wide range of local and national clients including banks, agency lenders, investment banks, property development companies and individual owners. The properties he has evaluated have included multifamily residential, retail, office, industrial, partially-constructed buildings, active SHWS, BCP, RCRA, and LUST sites, and undeveloped vacant land. In addition, Mr. Strother has performed numerous Limited Site Inspections (LSIs), Design Visits, and Phase I reports for the telecom industry.

Mr. Strother has performed approximately two-hundred Phase I ESAs in accordance with ASTM Standards and other client-specific scopes of works, and has assisted on over two hundred more ESAs throughout the United States and Canada. His environmental background includes detailed understanding of the risks associated with hazardous and regulated material storage, use, generation and disposal, above ground and underground storage tanks, polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), radon, asbestos-containing materials (ACM), lead-based paint (LBP), mold, and other regulated substances. Other skills include data collection from municipal, state, federal, and general research sources; on-site sampling procedures for radon, ACM, and LBP, the ability to extract site pertinent data from various environmental reports/facility records; and preparation and documentation of due diligence reports.
