Robin L. Brooks is the Senior GIS/ Mapping Specialist for the Tampa office. Since joining the company in 1997, Robin has increased GIS capabilities and salesperson awareness of the resource.
Robin specializes in assisting CB brokerage professionals in site selection using client specific needs to generate, analyze, and present spatially based data and information. Her system integrates CBRE, Inc. proprietary information, Claritas data, aerial photography, and client data into GIS software with national coverage and analytical tools. Robin is proficient in MapInfo, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and various other computer applications.
Prior to joining CBRE, Inc. – Tampa, Robin has worked in various types of Administrative Assistant/ Marketing positions since 1990.
