Robin Howe has spent the last fourteen years within the CBRE Property Management Division in which she has directly managed +/- 12 million sqft of Industrial, Medical, Office and Retail assets for her clients. In her current role as Director, Robin is responsible for the oversight of +/- 11 million square feet comprised of 72 buildings and 300+ tenants consisting of Industrial, Office, Land and Retail assets. Managing a team of ten (10) Real Estate Professionals in the department, in which she has high level oversight of budget preparation, financial reporting and analysis, property inspections, tenant and vendor relations, vendor contract negotiation and project management.
Robin is also accountable for new business development which includes developing management pricing, composing proposals and preparation of management agreements. Additionally, Robin works with the clients on strategic capital planning, offering yearly assessments of asset needs, streamlining the bidding process and overseeing projects within standards.
Prior to joining the CBRE team, Robin spent eleven years within the Executive Suite Industry, in her last role as the Regional Sales Manager for Davinci Office Suites, a Utah based company, where she provided leasing and office management to 300+ clients. Additionally, she worked directly with the owner to develop the companies training and development program and provided Human Resources support. Through this Robin obtained valuable accounting, problem-solving and customer service experience that has enabled her to provide quality service to her clients.
Outside of the office, Robin has spent the last thirty-one years in the Las Vegas Area, raising a family and impacting her community with her involvement with many non-profit organizations. Her success both personally and professionally has been a true testimony to the relationships she has built in Las Vegas community.
