As a Dallas native, Rock brings a rich connection to the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex and a wealth of knowledge to clients in his tenant representation practice. Rock provides his clients with valuable knowledge about the Dallas market and commercial real estate practices.
Before joining CBRE in 2021, Rock spent seven years with Toronto-based Avison Young, representing office users nationwide. On the international level, from 2018-2021, Rock was a council member for Avison Young’s global Emerging Leaders.
Rock has built a specialization around his representation of office tenants in the North Central Expressway and surrounding submarkets of Dallas, Texas. He has worked with varying industries in the DFW Metroplex, such as private equity, legal, technology, healthcare, publication, consulting, and engineering.
His close attention to relationships has proven to be essential to his success.
