Rodolfo Castro is a Vice President with CBRE in Miami specializing in retail tenant representation across South Florida and throughout Florida. He advises local, regional, and national tenants — as well as Latin American and European brands entering the U.S. market — on site selection, lease negotiations, expansions, relocations, and renewals. Past and current clients include The UPS Store, Mathnasium, Sylvan Learning, FASTSIGNS, Salons by JC, Sage Dental, Uniform Advantage, Aroma Joe's, Burtons Grill & Bar, 100 Montaditos, Sa Brisa Restaurante, Can Bonet – Restaurante Cocina Catalana, and Sabor Tropical Supermarket, among others. In addition to tenant advisory, Rodolfo works with family offices and private investors seeking single-tenant NNN (STNL) acquisitions, dispositions, and land development opportunities for retail and self-storage. His bilingual, bicultural background and deep ties to the Latin American business community make him a trusted advisor for tenants and investors navigating one of the most competitive retail markets in the country. Earlier in his career, he supported tenant expansions across Georgia and the four major Texas MSAs, placing concepts including Body Details, Little Bellies Spa, and Nail Boutique & Spa in key growth markets.

Before transitioning into commercial real estate, Rodolfo spent many years in private banking and wealth management, advising ultra-high-net-worth clients across Latin America at Fortune Global 500 institutions including BNP Paribas, Crédit Agricole, and HSBC. He held FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses, and brings a level of financial rigor to lease structuring and deal execution that distinguishes him in the market.

Outside of work, Rodolfo is a licensed FAA private pilot and aircraft owner, and has been a member of the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association (AOPA) since 2010. Born and raised in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, he is also a lifelong competitive tennis player — a three-time junior national champion who competed internationally throughout the Americas and played collegiately at the University of South Carolina on a four-year scholarship.
