As Senior Vice President, Ron Kastner's primary responsibilities and disciplines include direct leasing of office space, lease negotiations, asset sales and management of client accounts. He oversees leasing for over 5 million square feet of office space for the greater Memphis area.

Ron has participated in many areas of commercial office leasing over the past 23 years, focusing on lease-up strategy, financial analysis, market research, tenant retention, and is exclusively engaged in investor representation.

Since 1993, Ron and his team have provided leasing services for over 18 million square feet of office buildings, which constitutes more than 75% of the total Memphis office market.
