Ronald manages the day to day operations of MGH Institute of Health Professions (MGH IHP) located in the Historic Charlestown Navy Yard of Boston, Massachusetts. The MGH IHP is a graduate school founded by the highly ranked Massachusetts General Hospital which comprises of over 130,000 square feet in seven buildings of classroom and laboratory space.
As a Facilities Manager Ronald produces and maintains seven budgets, oversee all facilities services, contracts, manages projects from small repairs to major renovations of entire floors, provides scopes of work and maintains well over 120 pieces of equipment across the MGH IHP campus.
Ronald has more than 35 years experience in Real Estate Management and Building Maintenance along with seven state licenses, which include Construction, Electrical, HVAC and Waste Water Treatment.
Prior to working for CBRE, Ronald held positions with Trammell Crow Company, Beacon Management Company and Meredith and Grew Company as Facilities Manager, Operations Manager and Chief Engineer. He is educated in the fields of Business Management, Project Management, HVAC Design, Energy Management and Construction.
