Ronan Keary

Ronan Keary is a First Vice President within the CBRE Advisory & Transaction Services group. Since joining CBRE in 2010, Ronan has assisted local, national and international clients by developing strategic real estate solutions related to leased and owned properties. His unique approach involves developing a deep understanding of his client’s overall business structure and creating a tailored plan to align with their goals. He has a proven record of success and has a reputation for facilitating effective negotiations resulting in optimal lease flexibility and sustainable cost containment.

Ronan has substantial experience across a vast spectrum of product types including office, retail, land and industrial. He applies this experience to an array of client types that range from startups to Fortune 100 companies. Ronan has also developed a robust private equity and venture capital focused consulting practice. Notable clients include Motorola Solutions, Northwestern University, Panduit, Zebra Technologies, AkzoNobel, Deere & Co and AXA. As the account lead for large global organizations like these, Ronan has executed projects in 50+ countries across 6 continents.

Prior to joining CBRE, Ronan worked for Allied Irish Bank in his native Ireland where he advised the bank’s largest corporate clients in all aspects of their foreign trade.
