Roy Bracken

Roy is an Associate at CBRE Affordable Housing, where he specializes in the valuation and disposition of LIHTC and Section 8 multifamily assets nationwide. Roy began his career in commercial real estate in 2018 as a research analyst in CBRE’s industry-leading Research Department. He then joined CBRE Affordable Housing as a financial analyst where he gained knowledge in the affordable housing industry by underwriting roughly 100 properties totaling over $2 billion in value. Roy received his education in business administration with a concentration in finance from the University of Arizona, Eller College of Management.
