Ruben Ramirez

As Managing Director and Head of Occupier Services – Americas Industrial & Logistics, Ruben Ramirez is responsible for the practice’s client solutions, business operations and client care across the Americas. With vast experience in enabling the business through our world class I&L platform, technology, and streamlined processes, Ruben creates solutions that address our clients' evolving and complex business problems. His intimate knowledge of CBRE’s Industrial & Logistics unparalleled platform creates a unique position as a force multiplier for our clients in this ever-changing logistics economy.

CBRE’s Industrial Occupier business is comprised of 60% of the Industrial transaction business, which totaled close to $800M in 2021, and a US national market share of approximately 40%. Ruben partners with the 600+ leasing professionals across the Americas in creating solutions and serving CBRE’s clients.

Prior to joining CBRE, Ruben began his career with PwC and has served in management roles focused on project management and financial transformation at a variety of firms, including retail, transportation, energy, and telecommunications sectors.

Based in Dallas, Texas, Ruben enjoys both the city and country/lake life that make the DFW area so attractive to major employers. In his free time, he enjoys fitness, snow skiing, wake surfing, and spending time with friends and family.
