Russell P. Elliott, SIOR, CCIM, is a Senior Vice President at CBRE in Chattanooga, TN. In 2023, Russ transitioned to CBRE from Pointe Commercial Real Estate (PCRE), where he served as Principal Managing Broker for PCRE’s newly formed Brokerage Division serving Southeast TN, Northwest GA, and Northeast AL. Previously, Russ served as Principal Broker & Leasing Agent with Luken Holdings (formerly the Corker Group). Russ provided property acquisition, disposition, and leasing services for PCRE clients both locally and regionally. He has over 39 years of Commercial Real Estate experience with an emphasis on Industrial and Office transactions in the Chattanooga market and surrounding areas with thousands of transactions completed. Russ is proficient in negotiating and closing Commercial Real Estate transactions and has extensive knowledge in construction of tenant finish improvements.
