Russell Hodges is Senior Managing Director for CBRE’s Houston and Louisiana offices, where he oversees all aspects of the firm’s operations.
Mr. Hodges manages the market’s business operations and drives the growth strategies for all Advisory Service lines, including leasing, sales, debt and structured finance, valuation and property management. Additionally, he is responsible for recruiting and retaining the best and brightest talent across the Houston/Louisiana markets, and focuses on equipping our professionals with best-in-class resources to deliver superior results on behalf of all our clients.
Mr. Hodges has been with CBRE since March of 2021, when he joined the firm as an Executive Vice President on the Houston Office Agency Leasing team. Prior to assuming his current role, Mr. Hodges had been an office agency leasing broker in Houston since 2005. Throughout his career as a brokerage professional, he represented many of Houston’s most iconic office towers and premier developments.
