Ruth Lanigan is a General Manager for CBRE Nashville’s Property Management team.
She manages a portfolio containing 1.5 million square feet of industrial space
representing numerous local and regional investors to include USAA and WPT
Industrial. Ruth assists clients in achieving their overall asset goals with a focus to
maximize each property's full potential.
Ruth also oversees daily operations, tenant and vendor relations, monthly financial reporting, and developing and maintaining budgets including major and capital expenses for a team here in Nashville.
In her previous role with CBRE, Ruth served as the Operations Manager responsible for managing the business operations of the St. Louis office focusing on finance, Marketing, Personnel Management and Facilities Management. Included in these duties were oversight of local office and performance management, strategic planning, annual budgeting, revenue and expense management, and staff development. Before joining CBRE in 2000, Ms. Lanigan worked with a development company, specializing in hospital affiliated fitness centers across the United States. She worked closely with the Project Managers creating budgets and project schedules as well as working with the business development team to bid new projects.
Ruth has more than 25 years of management experience. She is a dedicated professional who brings creativity, commitment, and a high level of experience to every project she encounters.
