Ruth Park

Ruth Park is a Senior Director with CBRE’s Facility Condition Assessment group and is based in Hawaii. She is the lead consultant for a variety of client services offered in the Pacific Rim which include high-end equity Property Condition Assessments (PCAs), Environmental Site Assessments (Phase I ESA), Construction Loan Monitoring, Owner’s Representation, ADA Surveys, BOMA calculations, Marshall & Swift Insurance Replacement Estimates, and Architectural/Interior Design consulting.

Ruth has also been involved in client program management, staff training, and strategic business development (e.g., technological advancements – CRM and PM software, apps, maps, dashboards, asset data collection). She developed and managed client-specific programs which involved the coordination of technical staff and subcontractor specialists to complete client initiatives nationwide and internationally in Guam, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil. Special client initiatives and projects include Pre-Lease Assessments, Pre-Construction Assessments, Asset Data Collection, Security Inspections, and other custom-tailored scopes.

Ruth brings 20 years of experience in the architectural, engineering, construction, and consulting industries. Ruth has been included in due diligence assessments for the acquisition of skyscraper buildings, high-end resorts, land, and property portfolios (i.e., airports, industrial, multi-family, hotel, resort, retail, restaurant) with values ranging from $300 million to $2 billion. Ruth has also performed construction loan monitoring for projects with hard cost budgets ranging from $11 million to $350 million.

Prior to joining the consulting industry, Ruth worked at architecture firms in the Los Angeles area. She has worked on projects which include the San Francisco State Performing Arts Center, the LeMay Car Museum, One Santa Fe Development, and the Jet Propulsion Lab office building in Pasadena.

Ruth’s software experience includes the following programs: Revit, Autocad, Rhino, Adobe Design Suites, Microsoft Suites, Procore, Bluebeam, Salesforce, Quire, Marshall & Swift, to name a few.
