Ryan is a First Vice President and the leader of retail corporate services' business line in Dallas, focusing on multi-market transactions and expansions across the entire continent. Ryan's business has a strong focus on inbound international expansion as well as homegrown retail expansion.
Prior to relocating to Dallas in 2024, Ryan spent 10 years with CBRE’s Melbourne, Australia office as a Director. During his tenure, he successfully led several business lines including Shopping Centre, Big Box & LFR, and Fuel/QSR leasing across Melbourne and Sydney.
