Ryan Bissell is a Director with over seventeen years of real estate appraisal and consulting experience. Mr. Bissell is in the Valuation & Advisory Services Group’s Detroit (Southfield) office in the North Central Region. His primary geographical location is the state of Michigan and northern Ohio. Mr. Bissell concentrates on the appraisal of retail properties including regional malls, power centers, neighborhood/community centers and single tenant net leased assets as well as medical properties including hospitals, surgical centers and medical office buildings. Mr. Bissell has extensive experience with multiple special use properties providing appraisal, consultations and rent analysis reports.
Mr. Bissell’s experience encompasses a wide variety of existing as well as proposed commercial properties including shopping centers, general retail facilities, malls, restaurants, hospitals, surgical centers, vacant land, industrial, office, funeral homes, subdivisions, independent living facilities, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, low income housing tax credit properties and schools as well as a variety of other special purpose properties and mixed-use developments. Prior to joining CBRE in 2005, Mr. Bissell was an Associate Appraiser with Allen & Associates in Birmingham, MI.
