Ryan Carr is focused on tenant and landlord representation in office markets throughout the Peninsula and Silicon Valley. Ryan provides his clients with advisory and brokerage services as they collaborate on real estate solutions.
Ryan specializes in corporate real estate advisory to both established and startup companies, building owners, real estate developers and investors throughout Silicon Valley. On the tenant representation side, Ryan has worked extensively with early-stage technology and professional service companies on structuring facility strategies, as well as later-stage companies to assist with more complex real estate needs. On the landlord representation side he has worked and completed transactions with landlords on the management and leasing of their buildings.
Most transactions in which Ryan is involved include substantial savings for his clients by negotiating creative deal structures such as rent abatement, phase-in occupancy, plug and play alternatives, or terminating existing obligations. Ryan also provides financial and strategic planning, project management, space planning, and “turn key” solutions for his clients.
Prior to joining CBRE, Ryan started his commercial real estate career at Cushman & Wakefield, and as a Venture Capital Associate at NETCIRQ Capital.
Ryan is a Silicon Valley native and currently resides in Redwood City and enjoys staying active with golf, basketball, surfing, and water and snow skiing.
