Ryan DeAngelis, SIOR, specializes in Industrial Property occupier representation and site selection, agency leasing & sales, and consulting. Ryan effectively leverages the CBRE network, working with CBRE colleagues around the country on multi-market requirements and by providing local support and market intelligence for many of the high-profile Industrial Real Estate requirements in Northern California.

When working with occupiers, by taking the time to thoroughly understand the clients’ business objectives, Ryan works to develop a tailored strategy and implement as part of the transaction process. Ryan, along with his business partners Sean Merold, SIOR and Mike Zimmerman, SIOR, has been named fifteen years running as a finalist for the Association of Commercial Real Estate’s (ACRE) Industrial Broker of the Year which recognizes the region’s top brokerage professionals. Ryan won the award in 2022. Ryan is an active member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), which is the leading association for brokerage professionals.
