Professional Experience
Ryan Grainger has responsibility for the Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) business strategy. In this capacity, he analyzes trends across clients, competitors, and markets, and collaborates closely with GWS Executive leadership and CBRE’s Chief Strategy Officer to ensure clarity of strategy across GWS business lines, industry sectors and geographies.
Prior to assuming this role in December 2022, Mr. Grainger was a senior leader in CBRE’s Strategic Programs Office, where he led GWS transformation initiatives and change management. Prior to that, he was the global lead of Strategy & Transformation for the GWS | Enterprise business.
Mr. Grainger joined CBRE in 2018 to lead transformation across the GWS Asia Pacific business. Prior to CBRE, he had extensive experience in management consulting, technology and outsourcing across multiple industries in Asia Pacific and global markets. He is based in Dallas.
