Ryan King is a First Vice President with CBRE’s Valuation and Advisory Services group. Ryan is tasked with valuing properties for proposed right of way projects and managing projects internally for CBRE within the Texas Right of Way Valuation Team and has been located in the CBRE San Antonio office since 2018. Ryan has over seven years of real estate valuation and related consulting experience throughout the State of Texas with primary experience in right of way valuations, market studies, impact studies, and related analysis of various property types across Texas.
Ryan is a member of the International Right of Way Association (IRWA) Chapter 39 and is licensed as a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in Texas.
As a market manager of the Texas Right of Way Valuation Team, Ryan manages projects internally within the right of way valuation team focusing on planning, project set-up and kickoff, internal consistency, client communication, quality control, and on-time delivery. Ryan has experience successfully managing large infrastructure projects for the CBRE Right of Way valuation team spanning over 500+ parcels.
