Ryan Kircher is a real estate advisor to office and R&D tenants in the Silicon Valley and the San Francisco Peninsula. He believes in creating partnerships with clients by understanding why they do what they do, how they do it, and what hurdles lie ahead.
Ryan partners with his clients to maximize efficiency of space planning, limit real estate liabilities, mitigate risks, and maximize flexibility before, during, and after transactions. Ryan has advised his clients on over 3,000,000 SF of commercial real estate projects.
Ryan is a Bay Area native and has always been passionate about the people and companies that live here. Prior to joining CBRE, he lived in Colorado for 9 years and worked in commercial construction. He graduated from the University of Colorado and served in the United States Marine Corps. Ryan is an avid triathlete, hiker, and skier.
