Before joining CBRE, Mr. McCurdy was a Senior Director at Franklin Street. For his outstanding sales record, he receivedf Franklin Street’s Sales Achievement Award from 2018-2024.
Prior to his time at Franklin Street, Mr. McCurdy was a professional baseball player for the Houston Astros for five years.
