A tenant representation advocate, Ryan has been partners with George Santos, for over ten years as they started working together after just a few months of Ryan entering the industry in 2012. Ryan specializes in prospecting and business development for his team through research, networking efforts and due diligence. His team works with companies locally and nationally across all industries, but with a focus representing TAMI, Government Contracting, AEC and Professional Services companies.
In addition to securing new clients, Ryan is active with transacting business which includes providing space needs analyses, offering growth strategies, surveying alternatives, conducting tours of viable properties and negotiating lease/business terms. Ryan and George were recruited by Savills at the end of 2015 to open a new Baltimore office for the firm. After an eight year run of growing the Savills brand, along with their team’s brand, they decided to join CBRE in August 2023.

Awards, Achievements and Activities
Ryan is an active member of his personal and professional communities. Previously, he served on the Junior Achievement of Central Maryland Associate Leadership Council, the Living Classrooms Leadership Council and the Maryland Tech Council – Industry Awards Committee.
Ryan currently serves on the Carson Scholars Fund Board, Our EPIC Project Board, the University of MD – Robert H. Smith School of Business Young Alumni Council & Board and the Cristo Rey Jesuit High School Leadership Advisory Council. The Junior Achievement of Central Maryland honored Ryan as one of their “Volunteers of the Year” in 2018 and CSF presented a similar honor in 2022. He has given time and material donations to these organizations in addition to the Maryland Tech Council, GovConnects, Baltimore Life Coaches, World Trade Center Institute and many other local organizations. In 2016, Ryan was recognized as a Rising Star by Living Classrooms Foundation for his professional achievements and philanthropic efforts. The following year he was recognized as part of the Baltimore Business Journal’s “40 Under 40” 2017 class, as well as being selected for the Inaugural Terrapin Club “30 Under 30” from a pool of 149 talented applicants. In 2018, Ryan was nominated and selected for the Savills Academy which is decided by senior members and executives throughout the organization. The Savills Academy was created to help the “rising stars” within the company grow and encourage collaboration throughout the country.
