Ryan Reynolds

Ryan Reynolds is a Senior Vice President in Tampa, Florida for CBRE. Ryan has more than 11 years’ experience working in the Tampa Bay market. Ryan began his career in 2008 during the great recession and has since been consistently recognized as a top producer formerly with Cushman and Wakefield and currently at CBRE. Ryan is a collaborative member of the Tampa occupier and agency teams. He directly oversees the portfolio and transaction management of millions of square feet across the US & globally for multiple key clients. He has also completed over 4M SF of transactions in the Tampa Bay market for a number of local and national office and industrial users. Drawing from experience in both the local market as well as best practices on a national basis, Ryan is able to develop innovative strategies driving cost savings and creating efficiencies for clients. He focuses on maintaining long term relationships with a strict focus on his clients best interests.
