Ryan Reynolds

Ryan Reynolds is an Executive Vice President at CBRE in Tampa, Florida, and leads the Tampa occupier team. He specializes in tenant representation across office, healthcare and industrial real estate. He advises companies on lease negotiations, site selection and portfolio strategy, with a direct focus on reducing occupancy costs and improving portfolio performance.

Over 18 years in the Tampa Bay market, Ryan has completed more than 7.8 million square feet of transactions across the region and more than 16.5 million square feet nationally and internationally. He joined the industry in 2008 at Cushman and Wakefield and has since built one of the most recognized occupier practices in Tampa and throughout the state of Florida.

Ryan advises local companies and national corporations through every stage of the real estate process: strategic planning, site selection, lease negotiation, construction management and incentive consulting.
