Ryan Ritter

Ryan Ritter, MAI is a Director with CBRE’s Valuation and Advisory Services team in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Ryan began his career at CBRE in 2004 as an intern with the local brokerage team, which became a part-time job while he attended college at Ferris State University. In 2007 he joined the Valuation and Advisory Services Group as a full-time appraiser. Ryan’s geographical focus takes him across the state of Michigan with heaviest emphasis on properties in western and northern Michigan.

Ryan currently specializes in the valuation of retail and industrial properties. His experience includes retail strip centers, power centers, net leased investments, restaurants, and industrial facilities. Ryan has also performed valuation services on several other property types, including office buildings, self-storage facilities, manufactured home communities, apartment communities, vacant land, residential subdivisions, condominium developments, and mixed-use developments. He is also proficient in ARGUS.

Mr. Ritter started his career with VAS as a valuation associate and has been promoted several times to his current role as Director.  In addition to delivering high-quality valuations, he is responsible for maintaining existing and developing new client relationships, providing management assistance to a team of appraisal professionals, and reviewing appraisal reports for quality and consistency.
