Ryan Sparks is an integral member of the Central San Diego Industrial Team, specializing in industrial and R&D properties across leasing, sales, market strategy development, and negotiations. With a profound understanding of the Central and East San Diego submarkets, he adeptly represents both local and corporate tenants, as well as private and institutional landlords.
Since joining his team in 2012, Mr. Sparks has successfully completed over 800 lease and sale transactions, encompassing approximately 7.7 million square feet and totaling over $380 million in lease consideration. His career began at CBRE in the South Bay-Los Angeles office within the research department focusing on office and industrial product types.
As a third-generation San Diegan, Ryan combines his extensive local market knowledge with broader industry insights to deliver exceptional results for his clients. Outside of his professional endeavors, he resides in Bay Park with his wife, Shelby, and their two children, Austin and Sienna.
