Ryan Wengert is a Vice President in CBRE’s Los Angeles South Bay office, where he plays a key role within one of the region’s most accomplished tenant and landlord representation teams. With a focus on the dynamic Port of Los Angeles and Port of Long Beach industrial markets, Ryan delivers strategic advisory services to clients ranging from emerging logistics firms to multinational corporations with complex real estate portfolios.

Ryan’s work spans all stages of the real estate life cycle, including market analysis, site selection, lease negotiations, renewals, relocations, sale/leasebacks, dispositions, and build-to-suit assignments. He is skilled at developing comprehensive real estate strategies that align with operational objectives, supply chain requirements, and long-term business goals. His team is also known for its expertise in efficient space utilization modeling, helping clients optimize workflow, improve throughput, and position themselves for growth in evolving industrial environments.
