Ryan Wengert is a Vice President in CBRE’s Los Angeles South Bay office. As a member of one of the most experienced tenant and landlord representation teams in the industry, Ryan and his partners provide strategic business solutions to their clients both in the local Port of Los Angeles / Long Beach Industrial Market and on targeted assignments across the country. The Team’s expertise includes site selection, lease negotiations, renewals, relocations, sale/leasebacks, dispositions, build-to-suits and efficient space utilization modeling.
In his spare time, Ryan enjoys playing basketball, golfing and spending time outside.
