Mr. Bex has over 15 years of valuation experience, primarily specializing in high-profile industrial properties, including food processing and refrigerated warehouses, research and development facilities, truck terminals, heavy manufacturing plants, mega distribution complexes, business parks, airport and seaport properties, and industrial outdoor storage facilities. He has valued individual assets of more than 4 million sq. ft. and portfolios valued at more than $10 billion.
Before joining CBRE, he was Senior Vice President and National Industrial Practice Lead at JLL Valuation Advisory, where he performed and managed valuation and appraisal services across a wide range of industrial subtypes.
