Ryne C. Bex, MAI is a Vice President in CBRE Valuation & Advisory Services’ Downtown Los Angeles office. He has over 10 years of real estate appraisal and consulting experience. Mr. Bex specializes in the valuation of high-profile industrial properties including food processing and refrigerated warehouses, research and development facilities, truck terminals, heavy manufacturing plants, mega distribution complexes, business parks, airport, seaport properties, and industrial outdoor storage facilities. Mr. Bex’s primary geographical territory encompasses Los Angeles, Riverside, San Bernardino, Orange, Ventura, and Santa Barbara counties in California.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Bex served as a Senior Vice President for JLL Valuation Advisory and the National Practice Lead for Industrial in the United States. In this role he performed a variety of valuation and appraisal services across a wide array of industrial subtypes. Ryne is a recognized expert in the valuation of institutional-grade industrial assets nationwide. He has been involved in the valuation of some of the largest industrial assets in the country, including individual assets over four million square feet and portfolios in excess of $1 billion. His background includes the valuation of real estate for multiple applications including market value appraisals, portfolio valuations, market rent analyses, eminent domain, and ad valorem real estate tax assessment. Mr. Bex’s valuations have been performed for commercial banks, law firms, governmental entities, REITs, life insurance companies, pension funds and individual investors.
