Sabrina Jones

As Managing Director, Sabrina Jones oversees the strategic property management responsibilities for the Carolinas, which includes a portfolio of approximately 45+ million SF of office, industrial, and retail properties in the markets of Charlotte, Raleigh/Durham, and Greensboro, North Carolina, as well as Greenville/Spartanburg, Columbia and Charleston, South Carolina. Leading a team of Directors and Associate Directors who in turn manage over 140+ property managers, assistants and engineering personnel, Sabrina ensures the day-to-day operational requirements are being met in addition to developing new business and maintaining strong client relations.

Sabrina has been involved in commercial property management, leasing, acquisitions and asset management for over 25 years and joined CBRE as the Director of Property Management for the Raleigh team in 2013. Prior to joining CBRE, Sabrina was the Director of East Coast Operations for Durham, North Carolina-based Zapolski Real Estate, LLC. In this role, Sabrina provided asset management oversight of office, retail, and land investment properties in the Southeast U.S as well as transactions for new acquisitions nationwide. Prior to Zapolski Real Estate, LLC, Sabrina worked in project management for the Raleigh office of Atlanta-based Choate Construction Company.

Sabrina is an active member in the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and is a Past-President of the Raleigh-Durham federation. Her community activities include serving on the Board of Directors for Kidznotes, a North Carolina based organization providing afterschool musical instruction programs for children grades K-12. Sabrina also supports the Charlotte Rescue Mission in conjunction with a variety of philanthropic opportunities through the CBRE Cares program.
