Sai Thakor is a Vice President at CBRE, where he specializes in the acquisition and disposition of gas stations, convenience stores, and travel centers across Texas. Sai advises a wide range of clients including individuals, partnerships, corporations, REITs, financial institutions, family offices, international investors, and alternative asset managers.
His team has transacted over $300 million in deal volume and maintains one of the largest private inventories of gas stations and travel centers in Texas, enabling consistent access to off-market opportunities. With a focus on structuring mergers and acquisitions (M&A) involving REITs, operators, and fuel distributors, Sai brings a strong understanding of both real estate and capital markets to support informed portfolio decisions.
Sai holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and marketing from Texas State University and has completed a Mastery in Negotiation certification from Harvard Business School.
