Sam Aaron

As a Vice President at CBRE, Sam provides personalized brokerage services for investors, property owners, and retail/restaurant tenants in sale, leasing, and development transactions with a core focus on retail real estate. As an experienced real estate professional, he is expert at developing tailored, comprehensive strategies to create value for all types of retail properties.

With over 13 years of retail real estate experience, Sam has completed approximately 364 transactions with a total transaction consideration in excess of $338 Million. He works closely with both non-institutional & institutional-grade clients on multi-market representation assignments providing a unique, full-service approach. Throughout his career he has developed unique leasing solutions for a variety of retail assets including but not limited to: high street retail, urban mixed-use, power centers, lifestyle shopping centers, and community centers. In doing so, Sam has represented/transacted with numerous international, national, and regional retail/food & beverage tenants such as Citibank, Petsmart, Orangetheory Fitness, Sprouts Farmer’s Market, US Bank, USC, Ross, Ulta Beauty, Planet Fitness, KFC, 7-Eleven, Firehouse Subs, and Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf.

Sam consistently exemplifies the importance of forging positive relationships between him and all of his clients, which he believes is key to his success. In his free time he loves to explore new locales for mountain biking or snowboarding. He also loves to explore new cultures through their individual & unique cuisines.
