Sam joined CBRE in 2017 after six successful years in sales and marketing in the technology industry. Most recently he did enterprise sales, where he was a consistent top performer, including completing the company’s largest ever deal. Sam’s enterprise sales efforts led to deals with: Amazon, Microsoft, Benefit Cosmetics, Kia, Conde Nast, Frito Lays and more.
Sam is part of the CBRE Advisory & Transactions Services group, specializing in office representation of institutional landlords in the Central Business District of downtown San Francisco. Sam currently represents over 4,000,000 square feet across his portfolio. In addition, Sam’s background in the technology sector brings a strong understanding and insight of tech tenant user trends to project marketing.
Sam is a member of NAIOP, enjoys being active outdoors, and is an avid Bay Area sports enthusiast.
