Samuel Beck is currently a Senior Program Manager and Team Lead for the BMW/MINI “Future Retail” and “Retail Next” programs. Samuel maintains and enforces the clients' first-class standards by acting as a brand ambassador, focusing on operating efficiencies through construction consultation, brand implementation, vendor management, RFP assistance, and process enhancements.
Prior to joining Project Management, Samuel began his career at CBRE as a Research Analyst where his responsibilities included preparing statistical and analytical reports detailing market trends and forecasting market conditions, assisting sales professionals with the preparation and production of client presentations and reports, and updating internal and external databases to yield accurate property information. Throughout his time in the Research Department, Samuel assisted CBRE’s Advisory & Transaction and valuation teams.
