Sam Gleischman is a Senior Associate in the Retail Advisory & Transaction Services group at CBRE Milwaukee. Sam joined CBRE in 2020 with over 10 years of experience in the retail brokerage industry. Prior to working at CBRE, Sam worked at Metier LLC, a family-owned Milwaukee-based company where he partnered with his father and focused on brokerage, property management and administrative operations. Sam specializes in retail tenant and landlord representation in Wisconsin and the Midwest.
Sam is very active in his community and serves as a Young Leader Board Member for Penfield Children’s Center.
