Sam Mitchell specializes in retail leasing, sales, and expansion strategies throughout Northeastern Oklahoma. His extensive market knowledge and dedication to achieving positive outcomes for his clients makes him a market leader in the region.
Since the beginning of his commercial real estate career in 2022, Sam has successfully represented institutional landlords, retail developers, national retail concepts, and established family offices throughout Tulsa and Northeast Oklahoma. A few of Sam’s notable clients include Realty Income, The Kroenke Group, O’Reilly Auto Parts, Pet Supplies Plus, Andy’s Frozen Custard, and Primrose Schools.
Sam graduated from Oklahoma State University in 2019. He lives in Tulsa with wife, Emily, their newborn daughter, Margaret, and their dog, Boots.
