A First Vice President* in CBRE's Midtown Manhattan office, Sam works with tenants in a wide range of industries to plan and execute real estate strategies. His in-depth market knowledge combined with the breadth of resources at CBRE allow him to provide his clients with a unique and creative approach to identifying results-driven solutions. Sam is constantly keeping his finger on the pulse of the New York market to uncover new opportunities for his clients. His insights on market trends and the economics of pending and completed transactions have been well received by clients and colleagues alike.
Sam focuses primarily on representing tenants in the acquisition and disposition of commercial properties and office space throughout New York, the U.S. and across the globe.
With a deep understanding of the challenges facing clients today, Sam strives to develop the most effective solutions for relocations, expansions, consolidations, renewals, occupancy cost reductions and lease negotiations. He plays an integral role in generating new business and enhancing CBRE's local market outreach, while adding significant value to existing client assignments.
During the height of the pandemic, Sam spearheaded a team of 40+ professionals across multiple business lines within CBRE that advised the Hudson Bay Company leadership team in its efforts in repositioning over SM sq. ft. of former Lord & Taylor space.
In addition to tenant representation, Sam actively supports multiple Landlords on leasing efforts throughout Manhattan, including Vornado Realty Trust, SL Green and Werner Group.
