Sandeep Davé

Sandeep Davé is Chief Digital & Technology Officer at CBRE, where he works to advance CBRE as a data-driven company that harnesses unmatched knowledge and insight to create value for the company’s people and clients and accelerate its growth.

In this role, he oversees CBRE’s Digital & Technology, Data and Research teams, bringing together the company’s key technology, data and thought leadership capabilities to work in alignment across the enterprise.

In recent years, Mr. Davé has championed the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning, strategically enhancing CBRE’s service offerings. His leadership accelerated CBRE’s digital transformation while also positioning the company at the forefront of technological innovation.

Mr. Davé earlier served as Chief Digital and Technology Officer for CBRE’s Global Workplace Solutions, where he focused on digital enablement and transformation initiatives.

His extensive experience includes heading digital strategy and transformation at Citibank, where he successfully led the firm’s global digital agenda, helping the firm adapt to changing customer expectations and technology disruptions. Mr. Davé also spent several years as a management consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton, where he helped develop and execute operational, growth and transformative strategies for large corporations worldwide.

A recognized voice on practical, responsible AI adoption, Sandeep is a frequent speaker at global leadership forums and has been featured in the Financial Times, The Economist and The Wall Street Journal.

• Bachelor degree of Engineering (Computers) from Mumbai University
