Sandra Jouhet serves as Group President for CBRE’s Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) Government & Defense Services, Healthcare, and Infrastructure & Energy sectors. In this global leadership role, she provides executive oversight to the group’s strategy and service delivery, encompassing integrated facilities management, project management, transaction management, and strategic consulting. Additionally, Sandra drives collaboration across all CBRE lines of business, ensuring integrated service delivery across a diverse, multinational client portfolio.
Under her leadership, the group’s business delivers integrated facilities management, capital project execution, and real estate solutions across roughly 1 billion sf and 100+ countries throughout EMEA, APAC, and the Americas. Sandra empowers a global workforce of over 10,000 professionals, fostering world-class service, value creation, innovation, agility, and actionable insights that strengthen client outcomes.
Since joining CBRE in 2011, Sandra has held several senior leadership positions, including Group COO, COO and Sector Director for the Industrial & Logistics sector, and Global Alliance Director for several accounts. In these roles, she provided executive oversight for major client accounts and led global integrated service delivery spanning facilities management, project management, advisory & transactions, energy & sustainability, sourcing, and lease administration. Her work has consistently emphasized operational excellence, performance management, and the successful deployment of global initiatives.
Sandra is also a licensed attorney and real estate broker. Prior to joining CBRE, she represented real estate developers and multinational commercial clients, guiding development, acquisition, due diligence, entitlements, construction, and strategic market planning. As both an attorney and seasoned real estate executive, she brings more than three decades of specialized expertise across the real estate lifecycle.
