Sandra is currently the Chief Operating officer with CBRE’s Global Workplace Solutions in the Industrial and Logistics Sector. She manages the operations of the sector in collaboration with functional leads to implement the company’s strategy and ensure operational excellence and client satisfaction amongst all of our accounts globally.
The CBRE Industrial and Logistics business delivers full facilities management services, capital projects, and real estate services across 100+ countries in EMEA, APAC, and AMS.
Sandra previously served as Sector Director in the Industrial & Logistics sector where she provided executive oversight for multiple client accounts where CBRE delivers global integrated service delivery including facility management, project management, advisory and transactions, energy & sustainability, sourcing, lease administration and accounting services. Sandra’s responsibilities included operational excellence, performance management and the implementation of global initiatives. She ensured that CBRE meets its commitment to provide world class service and value to its clients and supports CBRE’s growth strategy in expanding its relationships.
Sandra is also an attorney and real estate broker with over thirty years of experience in the real estate industry. Her overall experience beyond facility and project management also includes representing commercial clients in site acquisition, due diligence, entitlement, development, closing, construction, lease administration and strategic market planning.
Prior to joining CBRE in 2011, she represented and collaborated with several developers and national commercial clients such as CVS, Home Depot, Office Depot, Costco, J.P. Morgan Chase and Kmart assisting with both new development, management and disposition.
