Sandy Chia, Associate Director in CBRE, with 19 years of experience in the residential sale and leasing market focusing on landlord representation. During this period she has been involved in leasing residential properties, developing and implementing strategies and sale of overseas properties.

Sandy joined CBRE since Y2003 and has worked with many multinational corporations and have gained vast experience in residential leasing transactions.

Sandy is a consistent top performer. She is awarded the Asia Circle of Excellence for Y2014. She has received Top Performer Award for Y2005 and Y2013 & Excellence in Residential Service Y2012 in CBRE.
