Sandra Welsh

Sandy Welsh has been with CBRE for over 12 years, transferring to the Roseville Office in August, 2006, after 10 years at CBRE/San Jose. During her tenure at CBRE/San Jose, she assisted sales professionals representing all commercial real estate product types in both sales and leasing. There, she also assumed responsibility for a variety of office services functions, thereby freeing the Office Operations Manager to focus on more pressing issues. She ultimately became San Jose’s “unofficial go-to person”. She is pro-active, tenacious and a strong team player. Her continuous and conscientious efforts both in assisting brokers and ensuring the seamless day-to-day office operations made her a valuable asset to CBRE/SJ. She leverages her skill sets in tandem with those of others to be an effective member of the organization. As a member of the Roseville administrative support staff, Sandy continues to provide the same focused attention and support to brokers and office staff in both the Roseville and Sacramento offices.
