Associated Office
Sara is a member of the Cincinnati Multi-Market Advisory & Transaction Management Team. She provides multi-market advisory services to national retail and office space occupiers with an emphasis in managing high priority transaction initiatives. Sara provides strategic planning, transaction execution, account management and ongoing portfolio optimization programs for corporations and public entities.
Sara’s scope of work includes working on the EG Account doing site selection, lease renewals and dispositions across EG’s portfolio of 1,700+ properties. In addition, Sara and team manage Kroger’s 3rd Party Leasing, national dispositions, surplus property sales and subleases across the country. Prior to Sara joining CBRE, she worked with Bradley Company as a Transaction Coordinator and Broker in Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky.
Over her career, Sara and her team have delivered over $250 million in client savings through portfolio optimization programs ranging from lease restructuring, strategic acquisitions or relocations, M&A consulting and surplus property dispositions. Sara and her team complete over 400 transactions annually.
