Sara Rollins

Sara leads the Financial Consulting Group (FCG) within CBRE’s Capital Markets business. This team is responsible for providing sophisticated financial and analytical corporate advisory services required by tenants in the market today. She combines her experience and knowledge of capital markets, corporate real estate, and strategic planning to develop client tailored financial solutions that enable CBRE clients to make fully informed real estate decisions.

The consultative services are used to facilitate an informed decision-making process for all stages of the tenant/corporate advisory services process. The primary services produced are financial modeling interpretation of financial impact, identification of accounting and tax issues, and the production of documented support on lease analysis, lease comparison, build-to-suits, etc. FCG designs and customizes its work to communicate information in the consistent, professional manner required by financial institution and corporate chief financial officers.

Sara has more than 20 years of real estate and structured finance experience. Prior to joining CBRE, she was a director at Douglas Aircraft Company, where she managed sales campaigns for international airlines and developed highly sophisticated financial structures, including synthetic lease transactions. Prior to this, she was a director at McDonnell Douglas Finance Corporation, where she was responsible for a portfolio of real estate loans and foreclosed real estate more than $300 million.
