Sara Williams is a Client Services Team Lead at CBRE specializing in office brokerage. Ms. Williams is responsible for maximizing the efficiency and delivery of services to clients by planning, scheduling, and overseeing the marketing and sales support functions for her team.
Ms. Williams provides ongoing management of real estate transaction activities such as property tours, client communication, vouchers, commissions and pipelines. Also assisting in the drafting of a large variety of documents including Request for Proposals (RFPS), Letters of Intent, Business Development Proposals and Property Marketing Campaigns.
Prior to this position, Sara worked under CBRE Property Management as an Assistant Real Estate Manager before transferring to her current position. Ms. Williams has a five year career in Property Management and brings that knowledge into Client Services. She graduated from The University of Central Florida with a degree in Healthcare Administration, with a focus on Management.
