As Managing Director of CBRE Retail Analytics, Sarah Baumgartner leads the team in crafting customized analytics solutions to meet the constantly evolving challenges retailer real estate teams face.
In her current role she is responsible for the quality of all projects and deliverables, from user experience to final executive presentations. She works closely with the Retail Client Solutions and Americas Consulting teams to provide clients integrated solutions that encompass CBRE’s wide range of services.
She leverages her 19 years of industry experience to manage business planning initiatives, the creation of new products, client retention, and new business development. She oversees a dedicated staff of statisticians, project managers, support analysts, and sales team members to ensure clients receive the exceptional quality they expect from CBRE.
Sarah has been instrumental in client relationship management at CBRE Retail Analytics, having negotiated numerous key client renewals for multi-year extensions. Her ability to consider clients’ needs and relay them to the development team to produce customized mapping and reporting platforms, has helped bolster Retail Analytics’ industry-leading retention rate.
Prior to joining CBRE, Sarah was the Chief Client Officer for Forum Analytics, which was acquired by CBRE in November 2015.
