Sarah Kirkman

Sarah Kirkman brings nearly two decades of experience in commercial real estate, marketing, and graphic design to her role as a Sales Support Associate with CBRE's Triad office. Since beginning her commercial real estate career in 2007 and joining CBRE in 2014, she has partnered with brokerage teams to develop strategic marketing initiatives, coordinate project workflows, and create client-focused materials that support successful real estate outcomes.

With experience across both marketing and transactional support functions, Sarah understands the full lifecycle of commercial real estate assignments, from business development and property positioning to proposal development and transaction execution. She works closely with brokers to transform market insights, property information, and complex data into clear, compelling materials that help clients make informed real estate decisions.

Known for her collaborative approach, attention to detail, and ability to keep projects moving efficiently in a fast-paced environment, Sarah combines creativity with business strategy to develop marketing solutions that strengthen client relationships, support brokerage efforts, and bring opportunities to market effectively.

Prior to joining CBRE, Sarah worked as a Marketing Specialist with Hagan Properties CORFAC International, supporting the firm's marketing and business development efforts across office, industrial, and retail properties. In this role, she collaborated closely with brokerage professionals to develop marketing strategies, create client-facing materials, and position properties in the marketplace.

Before transitioning to commercial real estate, Sarah was a Product Development Assistant for US Worldwide/Brand New World, a wholesaler of children's educational toys. There, she gained valuable experience in product development, graphic design, branding, and marketing communications, establishing the creative foundation that continues to influence her work today.
