Sarah Kirkman

Sarah Kirkman has over 11 years of commercial real estate experience in the Triad, NC market.  She joined CBRE in April 2014 when CBRE acquired Hagan Properties.  In her current role, she provides Graphic Design and Marketing support for the Brokerage Services and Capital Markets teams in the Triad office.

Sarah oversees the design and distribution of marketing materials for over 4.7 million square feet of office, industrial and flex space. She has extensive experience supporting industrial, office and retail brokers with landlord and tenant representation assignments. Sarah’s unique background in commercial real estate and graphic design provides clients with creative and strategic marketing solutions. Her responsibilities include drafting offering memorandums, property website development, designing/distributing various marketing materials and assisting in streamlining the team’s overall marketing strategy and process.

Prior to joining CBRE, Sarah worked as a Marketing Specialist at Hagan Properties CORFAC International. Before starting in commercial real estate, she was a Product Development Assistant for US Worldwide/Brand New World, a wholesaler of children’s educational toys.
