Sarah LaRocca

Sarah is the Client Services Coordinator with CBRE’s Capital Markets Land Services Team supporting Chris Bergmann Jr. and Barrett Von Blon. Sarah manages the teams’ pipeline, maintains the client and listing databases, assists with property research, and creates the promotional marketing materials.

In her most recent role, Sarah worked as a Brokerage Specialist for C&W. Sarah worked directly with one of C&W client’s in house real estate department, assisting in listing properties for sale, working with Client’s real estate team negotiating and documenting Letters of Intent and Purchase Sale Agreements. In addition, Sarah prepared market research information and analysis on target market areas for expansion.

Prior to working at C&W, Sarah worked at Belvoir Real Estate Group where she assisted a team of industrial brokers in the marketing and due diligence process of transactions in the Greater Houston area.
