Sarah Sullivan is currently participating in CBRE's Transaction Analyst Accelerator Program (TAAP) in Atlanta, a 12-week immersive training program focused on developing the technical and professional skills needed to support producer and account teams as a Transaction Analyst. Through TAAP, she has gained experience in financial modeling, market surveys, MSA abstractions, RFPs, and transaction management projects. She has also had the opportunity to tour properties, learn from professionals across multiple business lines, and develop a deeper understanding of the industry.
Prior to joining TAAP, Sarah spent a year in asset management, analyzing the performance of operating assets relative to underwriting assumptions and business plans while preparing qualitative narratives highlighting asset performance and key trends. She graduated from The University of the South in 2025 with a degree in Economics. A lifelong Atlantan, she is excited to continue building her career in commercial real estate.
