Sarah Teichner is an Associate with CBRE’s Industrial Leasing group, where she partners with occupier clients to deliver strategic real estate solutions across the industrial sector. Drawing on a diverse background spanning business development, marketing, and client relationship management, Sarah brings a consultative approach focused on identifying opportunities, creating value, and building long-term partnerships.
Prior to joining CBRE, Sarah served as Director of Sales and Business Development at Callbox Logistics, where she sourced more than $17 million in new business opportunities and established strategic relationships with developers, owners, procurement groups, management companies, and design firms nationwide. Earlier in her career, Sarah held growth and marketing leadership positions with Alto and served as Partnership Activation Manager for the Los Angeles Rams, where she managed integrated partnerships for leading brands during the organization’s Super Bowl-winning 2022 season.
A graduate of University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business, Sarah was also a student athlete with USC Women’s Tennis team.
