Sarah Vertuli

In September 2018, CBRE Group, Inc. (NYSE: CBRE) acquired CB Richard Ellis-N.E. Partners, L.P. (CBRE/New England), a long-standing joint venture with Whittier Partners Group and the leading full-service commercial real estate services operation in New England.

As a Senior Lease Administration Analyst with CBRE/New England Consulting Group, Sarah is responsible for working with a portfolio of properties and serving as a liaison between owners and tenants ensuring compliance of the lease provisions. Sarah has more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience, working on behalf of both landlords and tenants.

Prior to joining CBRE/NE, Sarah served as a Senior Lease Administrator for Transwestern Consulting Group working as an in-house service provider with lease administration responsibilities for various clients. Previously, she was a Senior Lease Administrator for Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, where she maintained primary responsibility for a Fortune 500 client as an in-house service provider with lease administration responsibilities for a diverse global portfolio exceeding 30 MSF. She has also held a position with a commercial real estate development company in upstate New York for 13 years managing all aspects of the company’s commercial and shopping center portfolio.
